With over 16 years of experience in the field, our passion for real estate photography was ignited while collaborating with the leading real estate companies in Palm Beach County, Florida. We were struck by the poor quality of listing photos on MLS and vowed to change that. We firmly believe that professional photos are necessary for every listing, regardless of the property size or price.

Frequently asked questions
WHY ARE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS SO IMPORTANT?
According to the Natl. Assoc. of Realtors and REDFIN, “homes with listing photos taken [professionally] sell faster, for more money, and are likely to sell 6 months faster than those with amateur photos.” So if getting your listing sold as quickly as possible, then you’ve come to the right place.
WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Typically the weather is not an issue, especially when photographing interior spaces. However, there are the rare occasions when the weather simply will not permit us to complete our work and rescheduling is a necessity. In the event of this happening, We photograph the interiors and return to capture the exteriors at the first available opportunity. Typically this is can be the same day or the following. The same can be said for our aerial photography. High winds and rain will delay us until better weather permits us to fly.
ISN'T MY SMARTPHONE GOOD ENOUGH?
In the age of amazing held-held technology, yes your smartphone is good enough, but…. it is limited in the editing abilities and functionality that it offers. We’ve had some clients opt to use their smartphones to photograph their listings only to have Home & Sky re-shoot the photos because that “look” that professional photography + editing provides was missing and prospective buyers can tell when the photos are professionally done.
DO YOU PROVIDE AERIALS?
Absolutely! We have licensed drone operators. You can add this service or choose The Grand Marquis package which has it automatically included.
HOW WILL THE PROPERTY PREP CHECKLIST HELP ME AND MY CLIENTS?
The Property Prep Checklist was designed to take the pressure off of you, the Agent, when helping your clients get their home ready for professional photography. You don’t need to tell them to do anything other than to follow the checklist. It puts all the “pressure” on us and off of you. And BONUS: it also gets the home ready for those upcoming showings! *wink wink.
