WHY ARE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS SO IMPORTANT?
According to the Natl. Assoc. of Realtors and REDFIN, “homes with listing photos taken [professionally] sell faster, for more money, and are likely to sell 6 months faster than those with amateur photos.” So if getting your listing sold as quickly as possible, then you’ve come to the right place.
WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Typically the weather is not an issue, especially when photographing interior spaces. However, there are the rare occasions when the weather simply will not permit me to complete my work and rescheduling is a necessity. In the event of this happening, I photograph the interiors and return to capture the exteriors at the first available opportunity. Typically this is the same day or the following.
ISN'T MY SMARTPHONE GOOD ENOUGH?
In the age of amazing held-held technology, yes your smartphone is good enough, but…. it is limited in the editing abilities and functionality that it offers. I’ve had some clients opt to use their smartphones to photograph their listings only to have me re-shoot the photos because that “look” which professional photography + editing provides was missing and prospective buyers can tell when the photos are professionally done.
DO YOU PROVIDE AERIALS?
Absolutely! I work closely with my husband, Caleb, who is a licensed drone operator. He has experience in video as well as still photography. If you’d like to add on this service, please select it in the a la carte menu when scheduling or choose The Grand Marquis package which has it automatically included.
HOW WILL THE PROPERTY PREP CHECKLIST HELP ME AND MY CLIENTS?
The Property Prep Checklist was designed to take the pressure off of you, the Agent, when helping your clients get their home ready for professional photography. You don’t need to tell them to do anything other than to follow the checklist. It puts all the “pressure” on me and off of you.
